What we liked
- + 16 ft tape with 360 degree tangle-free retraction gives a dog room to roam on a walk while the length stays easy to manage.
- + Quick thumb lock and unlock, plus an ergonomic anti-slip handle, make the lock simple to use during long walks.
- + Sized by dog weight: small under 35 lbs, medium under 55 lbs and large under 110 lbs, so the size can match your dog.
Trade-offs
- - The listing notes retractable leashes are not suitable for chewing, so a dog that mouths the tape needs a different leash.
- - The listing warns the large size may be bigger than expected, so check the dimensions before choosing a size.
